Abstract： The nuclear fuel cycle industry is the Foundation for the development
of nuclear energy. During the 13th Five-Year Plan period， China’s nuclear fuel cycle
industry has achieved rapid development. The “four-in-one” natural uranium supply

system has been basically completed. Important breakthroughs have been made in
various aspects of nuclear fuel processing. The independent and reliable system has

become more complete. The market competitiveness has been further improved. Speed
up the construction of scientifi c research and capacity system in the back-end of the
cycle. In 2020， the production and operation of the nuclear fuel industry is stable and

the system capabilities is further consolidated，laying a more solid foundation for the
sustainable development of nuclear energy.

Abstract：During the 13th Five-Year Plan period，through scientifi c research
and equipment development，domestic nuclear power equipment manufacturing
enterprises have improved the localization ability of equipment manufacturing， and
achieved the delivery of a number of third-generation nuclear power equipment with

independent intellectual property rights. In 2020， the localization supply capacity
of third-generation nuclear power technology and equipment improved， many key

equipments of independent third-generation nuclear power plants “HPR1000” and
“CAP1400” have been manufactured domestically and delivered in batches. The overall
capability and technical level of nuclear power equipment in China has reached the
