Abstract：By the end of 2020，there are 442 units in operation worldwide，
with a total installed capacity exceeding 392454 MWe.There are 53 nuclear power
units under construction worldwide，total installed capacity exceeds 56393 MWe.
Compared with 2019，the number of units in operation and under construction in the

world decreased by one. Major nuclear power countries in the world continue to invest
in the research and development of the third generation nuclear power technology,

small modular reactors, advanced nuclear power reactors，fusion reactors, etc. In the
research and development of advanced reactors, pressurized water reactors and fast
reactors are the mainstream directions of nuclear energy technology development. The
