On 10 May, the final Reactor Coolant Pump (RCP) for the “Linglong One” reactor, developed by Harbin Electric Corporation (HE), was delivered to the Changjiang Nuclear Power Plant in Hainan Province. This marks the completion of the delivery of all four RCPs for the project.

The “Linglong One” RCP is a Class 1 single-speed vertical canned motor pump. It is designed with a high level of safety, a hermetic seal and a long service life. Its primary function is to circulate high-temperature, high-pressure coolant, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the reactor.
