On 7 February, the turbine generator of Unit 1 at the Taipingling Nuclear Power Plant reached its rated speed and maintained stable operation, marking the successful completion of the unit’s first nuclear steam turbine rolling test in a single attempt. This milestone lays a solid foundation for the unit’s subsequent commissioning, commercial operation, and grid connection.

During the rolling process, the unit sequentially completed all the necessary steps, with the turbine speed smoothly climbing to the rated speed of 1,500 rpm and maintaining stable constant-speed operation. All systems and equipment performed well, with technical indicators meeting procedural and standard requirements.
