On 5 September 2025, at the 8th Conference on Public Communication in Nuclear Power in Zhanjiang, Guangdong, the China Nuclear Energy Association unveiled its key accomplishments in the field of industrial aesthetics for nuclear power plants. These include the theoretical framework, the visual compendium Becoming the Earth, and the group standard, Guidelines for Industrial Aesthetic Design of Nuclear Power Plants (T/CNEA 254-2025).

This release represents the first systematic exploration of industrial aesthetics within China’s nuclear power sector, marking the industry’s transition into a new phase of functional-aesthetic integration. It demonstrates the commitment of China’s nuclear industry to advancing high-quality development and promoting harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature.
