On the afternoon of August 25, the new generation of artificial sun "China Circulation-3" made significant scientific research progress. For the first time, high-confinement mode operation at 1 million amps plasma current was realized. It once again refreshed the operating record of China's magnetic confinement fusion device. It has broken through key technical problems such as plasma high-current high-constraint mode operation control, high-power heating system injection coupling, and advanced divertor configuration control.
