On March 21, 2022, the China Nuclear Energy Association organized a proprietary technology evaluation meeting to evaluate two proprietary technology projects jointly completed by Fujian Fuqing Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Apollo Machinery Co., Ltd., “Super Giant Energy-saving Circulating Pump Frequency Conversion Autonomous Technology and Operation Optimization” and “Nuclear Power Plant Main Feed Pump Energy-saving Transformation Technology”. Eleven experts from the China National Nuclear Corporation, the China General Nuclear Power Corporation, the State Power Investment Corporation, the China Power Engineering Consulting Group, Beihang University, Harbin Institute of Technology and Shanghai University attended the meeting. The evaluation committee listened to the work reports of the project working groups, and finally formed evaluation opinions after questioning, deliberation and scoring, and identified the two technologies as core-level proprietary technologies.
